The heating system in question is an oil fired system with problems of banging and rattling, and half the radiators were not heating properly and the other half were too hot leading to a virtually uncontrollable system.

New condensing boiler fitted within the past 12 months had failed to rectify noise from pump and problems with air present in the system.

Noisy system will slow-heating radiators and excessive energy bills.
