We try to give a fast, reliable and informed service. We operate Telephone, Fax and online ordering. We do appreciate feed back from you to help us provide the best service we can. Generally we can get things to you in a few days.
Just give your name & address, and phone number, plus the size of fitting connection you require. Payment can be made by credit or debit card by quoting your card number, expiry date and 3 Numbers on back of card, also in the case of Switch and Maestro the Issue Number or Valid from date. We can also accept cheques payable to “Aquastan Heating Ltd.” If ordering by fax or telephone, payment can only be made by cheque.
Mail; simply send us a cheque, together with your address and a contact telephone number. All orders place with tagonatadpole will be confirmed either by email, fax, or post.
We try to provide a fast service. In the busy periods delivery can slow down a bit. If you need goods for a particular date please say so, and we will do our best for you. If is not always possible to despatch your order the same day, try as we may. Ordering ahead will help us and you to get your order in time. We still expect to deliver in a few working days in the UK.
Single items go by First Class Post, larger quantities go by 24 hour Carrier – 24 hours on working days from the date send them.
PLEASE NOTE – We will not despatch any goods until the payment has been received, or cheques cleared through our bank. Ownership of goods purchased does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full.
For purchase of single units the postage/delivery is included in the price for UK destinations.
For larger quantities and destinations outside the UK we try and find the best carriage method taking into consideration. 1. Value for Money 2. Reliability 3. Speed
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase please return it unused and undamaged to the address above with 14 days of receipt. You will be refunded in full for the goods. Please remember to get proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in Transit. We do not refund postage unless the goods are faulty.
